1. Long term - by November 24, 2011 to have lost a total of 32 pounds
2. short term - to be in the 170's by the first weigh in In May (4/12/11 - 182lbs)
didn't quite make this one but I was in the 170's by May 21.
3. I would like to be below 176 by end of June -
made this goal 6/18/11 - 174.8
